As discussed in https://forum.fopnu.com/support/24/  IP-masking would be a large rework of the fopnu platform.

However,if fopnu could implement an overlay network like Tor among it's own peers exclusively, seeding would become a lot more attractive.
It could be developped into a very satisfieing project for people of all ages.
