I found this program and have no idea how to add torrents of even if that if that is what this program is for. Please put a beginners guide up and explain how to use.

Fopnu is not for torrents, it works with a different technology. There are already lots of files shared on fopnu and you will find lots of material once you join the Fopnu network.
