Under Network Window - Pieces Tab I am seeing the same files being scanned for weeks.

If someone is looking or searching I can't see it lasting that long ?
Could this be a Ignored person and if so why is it not Ignoring ?
I have un-checked in the library to stop from being seen for now.

Fopnu v1.29
Windows 10 64bit

Test for Ignored
Ignored a user (wide network)
I can still see that user trying to get this file in Network Window - Pieces Tab
Chanded to Ignored IP Only then Key Only and still not working.
