what is IME? when in chatroom when i right click on the input field there appears an option to open IME. But nothing happens when i click on "open IME". Why and what is it?

Input Method Editor ... its for windows computers setup for multi-language input.. you dont need it if your keyboard is for your native language and you are searching in that language....
