I tried to convince my friend to use Fopnu. She noticed one important thing - Fopnu does not support magnet linking or any other similar system like torrent metafiles.In other words it is impossible to send a link to files. It is pretty inconvenient if one wants to download a particular file among many other similarly named ones and manual searching does not prove to be effective.
Is such a system in plans? Maybe finding by hash or something like that?

magnet links are for torrents and Fopnu does not use torrents.

im sure being able to send a link to someone is in the works. keep in mind Fopnu has only been out for a little bit, new features are always coming.

Yep, I know that Fopnu does not utilize BT protocol. I mean that Fopnu lacks a linking system like other p2p networks e.g. eD2k - links that allow download directly to the client program, whatever it is called magnet links, magic links, etc.

adding magnet support allow sharing files on fonup network (on complete download..)

I agree. fopnu://  links should be possible to be made for files that a user is sharing by right clicking on one and selecting Create Link.
