I've got the latest version of fopnu (1.41) on Windows 10. I'm using a VPN, cryptostorm.

Fopnu always sticks on 'connecting' and never gets to the green light. Files still download and upload, i've got normal looking (i think?) patterns on the network and bandwidth tabs.

Also, only 5 files/directories will download at a time. In Tixati there are options to change how many files you have downloading simultaneously. Doesn't seem to be the case in fopnu, unless they are hidden somewhere. How would I enable more simultaneous downloads?

I believe the "Connecting" issue is more one of bad terminology, you are obviously connected to the network but FOPNU hasnt gathered enough node data for its store. It will continue attempting to do so as your already seeing. Not sure if your VPN is making it take a lot longer but it would be having some effect.
