UDP Port Translation Detected

When I use Kaspersky VPN (Powered by AnchorFree) I see the above message after ~50% Network connections and cannot search/share.  Don't understand Help.  Can anyone offer some advice (other than turn off VPN)?

Please take a look at this page. You can ignore the NAT / UDP port translation message. If you can port forward, it's always a good idea to but in most cases you probably can't.
