Hi, I really love this program but I'd like to request that an option be available to automatically prevent users that have empty libraries from downloading from my library, as well as an option to prevent users from downloading if they have their upload speed locked to something ridiculous like 1KBps. It's not exactly in fair spirit if someone can download hundreds of gigs but no one is able to 'actually' download from them in turn. Thanks!

Why implement such "fair share" ideas, if we already have emule system where all that was invented and tested years ago? Even torrent trackers mostly don't care of ratios now.
