There was this person (redacted) that was connected all the time and now I don't see him. So I wanted to know if he has disconnected or if he has blocked me. Thanks.

if you were blocked/ignored by someone and you tried to contact them or download from them, you would know you are ignored. your message or your download would say something about being rejected because you are ignored.
that user may just be offline temporarily. everyone cant stay online all the time.
