Currently the bandwidth control doesn't seem to really reflect what's going on. If I have upload limit set to 30K & someone is downloading from me it will be at less than 1K. If I immediately change the limit to 100K their download speed increases to 50K.

As I raise & lower that number the same users download speed will adjust with it, but not at the number I set it to. I'm assuming this has to do with the network overhead traffic being included in that bandwidth limit value. There should be "Transfer" limit as well or at least offer an estimation of what typical network overhead uses up so the user can make educated adjustments.


Also the way that the "Priority" control that one can assign a transfer doesn't seem to make sense. It definitely does something, but I can't figure out what it's doing.
