I want to download a directory from someone and then when they add some files or folders I want to be able to download the same directory and get only the new files. Right now it's duplicating everything. Maybe make it an optional feature. Although I think this is the expected behavior.

And when a folder is called for example 'Firefly (2002)' it creates a new folder 'Firefly (2003)' and downloads everything again.

I want to have the option of merging instead of duplicating content. In fact I think that should be the default since there is a warning when I try to do this and by clicking yes I'm assuming it would merge or overwrite, not duplicate.
