New Feature Request to code in a time of day option for bandwidth uploading speeds

Many folks can afford to open up their bandwidth when they are away from their computers such as bedtime on a regular basis. This greatly would improve the Fopnu network transfers and upon waking up and using their computer they would dial those upload bandwidth down so they can work on their systems and not be handcuffed with sluggish or low bandwidth speeds.

The problem being that folks are not apt to open up and then squeeze down their bandwidth every 24hrs on a manual regular basis.

The solution is to code in a time of day option for bandwidth uploading speeds. Example, for 8 hrs starting at say Midnight bump up the upload transfer bandwidth to a user desired maximum allowance. Then at 9am reset the upload transfer bandwidth to a lower number.

You can already do this with the scheduler.
You can set your incoming and/or outgoing bandwidth to start/stop your bandwidth throttle at any of the day.
