Feature Request, Add chat gateway coding so advanced users could code in a external chat bot in bash script or python

To further use the Fopnu Chatroom, please add gateway coding for advanced users to be able to introduce and use a chat bot to advertise their newest library additions, current songs and updated information.

bots in rooms should be done with a separate program.. not so sure how good of an idea it would be to allow 'plugins' to the main client ... remember quickmx?

..or in other words; devs, please be very careful with this one.

Of course the Chat Bots would be a separate program. All I was asking for is a purpose built gateway for the program to tie into and relay requests as well as offered links back. The interactions could be very positive.

the color vomit of 'southern lights' was... somewhat entertaining... but got annoying in an otherwise quiet room, and the rooms on fopnu are very very quiet.

that aside -- this should be done with a 'bot client' that is separate from the main client and very limited in what it can do.
a 'gateway' of any kind in the main client is asking for trouble.
