i have a network environment that use two ipv6 address and two ipv4 address.they call this Link Aggregation Group.and then i found fopnu switch very fast in the ip in one second.when one of the network broken, fopnu become unstable and write a lot in my c:/.that write make my computer slow and slow.how to deal with this network?

when program run in background ,upload slow.when click to see the window max,speed up.i use fopnu windows 11
