I am requesting the software programmer for DarkMX and Fopnu add a Fopnu, DarkMX Weekly Users DL Maximum routine based on GB or whatever is convenient for the scale and the programmer. Users downloading large amounts of Movies or Music files are consuming a great deal of the bandwidth allocated to share with everyone. Meaning they'll get 400 MB/sec leaving 40 mb/sec for most everyone else.

A tip from a regular user.. what you want is the 'bandwidth throttle' function; Click the 'Bandwidth' tab at the top and select the 'limit incoming KB/s' and give it a speed you desire it not to exceed... same for 'limit outgoing KB/s' ....
With help from a website that does bandwidth conversion and calculation, you can limit the program to only transfer a specific amount of bandwidth, over a specific time, regardless of who downloads what. And the throttle, in and of itself, will 'load balance' the transfers giving a more equal share of bandwidth to each.
Note: with fopnus network overhead I have found that it is best to set both the throttles to the same speed; If one is faster than the other it can cut off file transfers.

Thanks, I uncovered that AFTER I had posted that request. Next highest bandwidth rates to 'No Limit' on the throttle downs on what appears to be abusive downloaders hogging far more than ample bandwidth all to themselves is 100 KB/s. This is likely a old software addition as bandwidths on the avg have greatly risen year after year. Perhaps adding 200 and 300 KB/s to the bandwidth limiting options.
