Total Bandwidth IN/OUT like Tixati

by wrangle on 2026/01/18 05:53:57 AM
Can you please provide the facility to check how much bandwidth goes in/out of Fopnu like Tixati does on the bottom pane. Thanks. = https://i.postimg.cc/hjwdFm8p/Untitled.png

Fopnu already does what is in the picture. If you are downloading or uploading it displays at the bottom.

Maybe, I should rephrase it properly.

I meant, total downloaded data and total uploaded data, as shown in the aforementioned image.

in the picture, the number in the brackets is your incoming/outgoing limits, not your total downloaded data and total uploaded data.

no, you are wrong

$dl_count Downloading  $sd_count Seeding          $dht_status    $inc_warn                  IN: $in_bps  {[$bwctr_session_in]}         OUT: $out_bps  {[$bwctr_session_out] }

the default shown is the limits. I see that you have changed what is displayed in the bottom status bar. That is something new for Tixati and I would guess that the dev is going to add it to fopnu soon.

I hope dev is working on it.

is it coming?
by Guest on 2026/03/24 05:46:08 AM
Maybe in the next release. Since Tixati has it, Fopnu is probably next.

this should be priority

I agree, this should be a priority task.

I re-request this feature as a necessary feature for Fopnu.

wrangle: are you running windows 11?

if so, go to settings > network & internet > data usage

it lists the data used per application over a selected span..

if you are using a linux machine there are many, many options

my personal favorite would be a program called 'bandwhich'

https://github.com/imsnif/bandwhich

i agree this would be a very nice feature, but you have other options that will give you this function until it gets implemented in fopnu..

bandwhich is dead = This project is in passive maintenance. Critical issues will be addressed, but no new features are being worked on. However, this is due to a lack of funding and/or manpower more than anything else

bandwhich is dead

perhaps... but it functions, and is intended as a temporary solution..

there are many other options available for those worried about security.
