Set FOPNU or DarkMx to load at startup

An old question and I cannot even find in search my earlier request for how to do this. I never remember to do it at install.
Also google AI is no help. It must give genral instructions because the categories don't line up with Fopnu or DarMx.

Click the top bar (Channels. Search, Transfers....)
Go to Auto-Startup and pick your choices.
You can also right click the tray icon to go to Auto-Startup.
