1) sharing a fopnu://  link

I expected to be able to explore my library, pick a shared file (or better still a folder) right click and there be a "Copy fopnu url to clipboard" type option.

How do I create a fopnu link?

2)Suppose I move or rename some files in my library, how will fopnu handle this? As it's the same file it should detect this and not create a new hash? But does this affect it's parent folder(s) or is the filename just pulled through at browse/download time?
